Consultation

Our process begins with a personalized, complimentary consultation designed to understand your unique needs. During this session, we will: 

• Tour the specific areas you want to improve, taking detailed measurements and photos.

• Discuss product options that suit your style and budget. 

• Develop a custom plan tailored to your space, ensuring every aspect aligns with your vision and goals.

In-Home Session

An in-home organizing session is a hands-on experience where we work directly in your space to bring order and efficiency to your home. We start by: 

• Reviewing the custom plan developed during the consultation. 

• Sorting, decluttering, and organizing your belongings with effective, easy-to-maintain systems. 

• Guiding you through decisions on what to keep, donate, or discard, while incorporating storage solutions that fit your style and needs. 

By the end of the session, your space will be transformed into a functional, organized area that  feels both inviting and manageable.

Home Staging

TX Organizing can enhance your home’s marketability by strategically staging key areas to appeal to buyers. We begin by:

• Decluttering and organizing each room to highlight the space’s best features, making it feel larger and more inviting. 

• Arranging furniture and decor to create a balanced, aesthetically pleasing layout that showcases the home’s strengths. 

• Ensuring storage areas are well-organized to demonstrate the home's practicality. 

By creating a clean, neutral, and welcoming environment, we can help potential buyers envision themselves in the space.

Quarterly Maintenance Package

This package is exclusively available to our returning customers for spaces previously organized by TX Organizing. This service offers a refreshing touch-up to ensure your space remains organized and efficient. With a 12-month commitment, you will receive four sessions at a 20% discount on our hourly rate. All sessions must be used within the year. Additionally, inquire about our monthly package for more frequent maintenance options. Keep your home spaces in excellent condition and enjoy ongoing support with our dedicated maintenance services!

PRICING

At TX Organizing, we strive to provide transparent and straightforward pricing for our in-home organizing services. Our rates are designed to reflect the quality and efficiency of our work while ensuring you get the support you need. For clarity and simplicity, here's a breakdown of our  pricing structure: 

  • $100/hour per organizer. Most in-home sessions include 2 organizers.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 20-mile radius of Frisco.

  • Pricing applies to labor only; products are always a separate charge.
